Looks like RN left for a while here. I would put up a thread with your diet and training brother asking for tweaks. If you hit a plateau you have to change things. Constant change in everything is confusion and that confusion does not let the body fall into habits and patterns and find the easy way . If you put up the honest diet and routine I think we can help. Diet changes alone help but there are 1000 different tweaks you can make to change workout routines. In fact the very word routine says it all. I think you find new ways to find sore and you find new ways to push yourself. You don't get 2 more when you're spent you now gt 5 more. You step out on 4 inch blocks to do lunges and find 4 extra inches of new deep meat. Yoh switch up curls to do inward twists at the top, you work different angles , you keep elbows close to the body in bench if you've had them spread...many many tweaks to find new meat and new achievment and your diet is no exception in my view. Change diet by adding different synergy between foods even if total cals are high enough and lean. Get out of your habits is what I'm saying because those habits are how you found the ceiling.
